We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. You must request your return within this timeframe. Once approved, items must be shipped back in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

If the 30-day period has passed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes:

• Discounted items
• Promotional items
• Mystery Bags (ALL Mystery Bag purchases are FINAL SALE, no exceptions)
• BOGO (Buy One Get One) purchases

For BOGO orders, returns are not accepted. If an exception is granted, all items from the order must be returned to qualify.

(Final sale means no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect. )

RETURN INSPECTION

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. You will be notified via email if your return is approved or rejected.

Returns may be rejected if items:

• Are missing original tags or packaging
• Show signs of wear, damage, or alterations
• Contain stains (makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, etc.)
• Have odors (perfume, detergent, etc.)
• Have hair (human or animal)
