WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
• Wash with similar colors
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid fabric softener
• Do not bleach
Why?
Fabric softeners break down performance fibers and reduce compression and stretch over time.
DRYING INSTRUCTIONS
• Lay flat to dry whenever possible
• If needed, tumble dry low
• Do not dry on high heat
• Do not dry clean
High heat weakens elasticity and can cause pilling or shrinkage.
STAIN CARE
Rinse sweat or spills promptly
• Spot treat gently with mild soap
• Avoid harsh stain removers
• Never scrub aggressively
FABRIC PROTECTION
To maintain the sculpt and compression of your ILUS sets:
• Avoid washing with towels or rough fabrics
• Avoid Velcro, zippers, or abrasive materials
• Do not iron
• Avoid excessive friction (rough surfaces, concrete, etc.)
SWEAT & PERFORMANCE CARE
Our performance fabrics are designed to handle intense workouts. To keep them looking new:
• Do not leave sweaty garments sitting in a gym bag
• Wash after heavy workouts
• Air out immediately after wear
HOW TO STORE
• Fold instead of hanging for long-term storage
• Keep in a cool, dry place
• Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods
SPECIAL NOTE ON LIGHT COLORS
Lighter shades may require extra care:
• Avoid sitting on dark or rough surfaces
• Wash separately first few times
• Avoid contact with self-tanners or heavy oils
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window
• You have 30 days from the original purchase date to request a refund or exchange.
• For exchanges, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition.
Original Condition Requirements
To qualify for return/exchange, items must:
✔ Have original tags attached
✔ Be free of stains, odors, hair, or makeup
✔ Not show signs of wear, damage, or deodorant/fake-tan marks
If these standards are not met, the return may be rejected.
Refund Process
• Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified via email regarding approval and refund/exchange details.
Sanitary Exceptions
• Some accessories (like socks, bodysuits, and headbands) are not eligible for returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• BOGO sale items are also final sale unless all items from the order are returned together.
Processing & Delivery
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed in 2–14 days — this includes packing, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.
• Once processed, items typically take 2–7 days to arrive with the carrier chosen at checkout.
• On high-volume release dates, total delivery time may extend to 14–16 days.
Shipping Info
• Shipping does not occur on major holidays or weekends. Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
• ILUS LABEL currently ships within the United States only.
